Sustainable Development Committee

To deepen corporate sustainable development, Mitac Holdings established the Sustainable Development Committee in 2022, which comprises the Persident's Office and relevant corresponding units. The committee is co-chaired by Chairman Mr. Matthew Miau and General Manager Mr. Billy Ho and is mandated by regulation to report to the Board of Directors at least once a year. In 2025, to further deepen sustainable corporate governance, it was resolved by the Board to elevate it to a functional committee at the board level. This committee is composed of directors and senior managers, with a minimum of three members, including at least one director participating in supervision.

The Sustainable Development Committee is divided into three major functional groups: the Corporate Governance Group, the Environmental Sustainability Group, and the Social Responsibility Group. Members include senior executives from various business units. Through cross-departmental communication and coordination, the committee ensures that all sustainable development goals are comprehensively and effectively achieved.
