Mio unveils its full product range at Computex 2017
Comprehensive collection focuses on four areas:
Fleet and Auto, Health and Wellness, Home, and Professional Tablet
TAIPEI, 29th May, 2017Mio, a subsidiary of MiTAC International Corp., will showcase its full product range at Computex 2017, focusing on four key categories: Fleet and Auto, Health and Wellness, Home, and Professional Tablet. Technology on display includes the company’s in-vehicle electronic devices — the MiVue™ series of drive recorders and the MiVue™ Drive series of 4-in-1 drive recorders integrated with navigation functionality. Mio will also spotlight its professional medical ECG wearable recorder, MiCor™ A100; Smart Home product solution, MioSMART™; and the company’s upgraded professional tablets for the medical, retail, and fleet management environments – the MioCARE™ and MioWORK™ series.
【Fleet and Auto】
Advanced video analysis technology for enhanced driving safety – MiVue™ series
For 2017, Mio is unveiling its super low-light performance video technology. Featuring highly sensitive components, these dashcam products are able to capture every detail of traffic events, even in dark environments like parking lots. The new MiVue™ 7 series records 1080p full HD at 60 FPS, producing higher-quality video to document your journeys.
Mio will also showcase high-end drive recorders enhanced with Wi-Fi connectivity. G-sensor, this feature ensures that when a traffic event occurs, recordings will be instantly backed up to user’s smartphone. All new MiVue™ 7 series dashcams also support rear-camera recording, allowing users to capture traffic details from any angle while driving.
【Health and Wellness】
MiCor™ A100 – the world’s first ECG wearable event recorder to receive TFDA and CE approval
Mio’s MiCor™ A100 is the world’s first wearable ECG event recorder to be given TFDA and CE approval. Testing at Leeds Hospital in England compared the MiCor™ A100 and with traditional holter monitors and found that it performed on par with only minor BPM measurement variation. With one simple click, users can now record ECG data anytime, anywhere, avoiding time-consuming in-person examinations by a medical technician. MiCor™ A100 not only saves time and money, it also reduces the risk of a serious cardiovascular event. When an irregular heartbeat happened, MiCor™ records the most important 30 seconds and sends the data directly to a doctor.
MioSMART™ - an intelligent 24/7 security connection for your home and those you care about most
The MioSMART™ series includes IP cams, smart home hub, door/windows sensors, motion sensors, and personal cloud service to deliver a total solution connecting your personal and home life. MioSMART™ provides a complete security package, integrating an IoT device, smartphone app, and cloud platform to protect and monitor the home environment, or anywhere that security is a concern. Along with real-time video monitoring, the MioSMART™ IP CAM provides three types of recording storage: 1) internal on MicroSD card, 2) cloud, and 3) personal device. Not only can users monitor their recordings in real time, they can also save them for future review or share them with friends and family.
